Heather Carroll is the creator of the Emerald Soul Method, Sacral Serenity and Emerald Alchemy: Dance of the Soul, blending somatic breathwork, intuitive movement, tapping, ancestral healing, and inner child work into a transformational healing practice.
With a background in dance, personal training, yoga, Pilates, and somatic movement, Heather’s work was born from her own journey through addiction, eating disorders, sexual trauma, domestic violence, a narcissistic marriage, and profound spiritual awakening. Rather than simply surviving her experiences, she transformed them into a path of embodied healing that now serves women around the world.
Heather is also the author and creator of multiple breathwork journals, guided coloring books, and the Somatic Breath & Movement Oracle Deck. She trains practitioners through her accredited Emerald Soul Method Certification, helping healers bring nervous system regulation and body-based healing into their own work.
Her mission is to help women release the trauma their bodies have carried—from narcissistic abuse, addiction, sexual trauma, grief, and generations of inherited pain—so they can reconnect with their innate wisdom, reclaim their voice, and step fully into their sovereignty.
