UNDERSTANDING THE CHAKRAS

Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

The balance of our chakras constantly fluctuates with our daily lives and experiences.  If our chakras are blocked or too open and not balanced this can affect the quality of our physical health, emotional and energetic health and our spiritual health.  When our chakras are unbalanced it carries over into the quality of our relationships and our overall well-being.
